More than 20 million Medicare beneficiaries are receiving a one-time $90 payment from the federal government to help offset their Medicare Part B premiums. [1]

Key Details of the Payment

• Amount: $90 per eligible person. [1]

• Funding Source: The money comes from the $2 billion Medicare Improvement Fund. [1]

• Distribution Schedule: Direct deposits started arriving on or around October 8, 2026. Those without direct deposit on file will receive a paper check from the U.S. Department of the Treasury later in October. [1, 2]

• No Action Needed: The payment is automatic; beneficiaries do not need to apply, sign up, or call to receive it.

Information on Senior Care Co-pay Reimbursement.                   

 

Watch the video links below if you can. The NYC Public Retirees stated everyone didn’t get their packages and the NYC Retirees Organization wants to know.

 

 

The Class Action lawsuit information is from Senior Care Co-pay Settlement C/O ATTICUS ADMINISTRATION. For information or questions about this settlement visit www.seniorcarecopaysettlement.com or call 1-800-814-2610.

You will be able to determine if you are eligible.

 

If you were on Medicare/Senior Care from January 1, 2022-January 31, 2023,

 

Don’t have receipts? This section will give you some help in the acceptable ways to provide payment:

 

You have three options for reimbursement. 

Look at all the visits they say you had.  

1. Provide a receipt for each one and get full 100% reimbursement. 

2.  If you do not have receipts, you will receive 40% of that cost up to $100

3.  And lastly, you can bring a letter to your doctor stating you paid the copay and that will secure you a 100% reimbursement.  Just list them on the form with the data provided by Atticus.  The doctor fills in the front and signs it.
