OUR HISTORY

 

Building 13 Association Inc. was founded in 1980, became incorporated in 2006 and a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization in 2007. The shareholders of Building 13 realized that we could accomplish improving the quality of life, protecting our investment, ensuring our safety and establishing a prideful community by forming an association to unite all residents thereby reinforcing our desire for a better place to live.
