OUR HISTORY

 

Building 13 Association Inc. was founded in 1980, became incorporated in 2006, and a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization in 2007. The shareholders of Building 13 realized that we could accomplish improved quality of life, while protecting our investment, ensuring our safety and establishing a prideful community by forming an association to unite all residents, thereby reinforcing our desire for a better place to live.
